Three Trees Landscaping is a 501(c)(3) non-profit business that provides mentoring, training, and employment opportunities for marginalized members of our community, while providing premium landscape services to our customers. 

How do we do this?

We work with several organizations that provide recovery and/or job placement services in Portland and our surrounding communities. Our mission is to employ and mentor men and women coming out of addiction recovery programs by providing work doing various landscaping tasks. All of our teams are paired with a highly-qualified supervisors for mentoring and leadership.  

When you have Three Trees Landscaping maintain your landscape, you are also providing opportunities for each individual on our team to be mentored as well as providing stable employment and support while also supporting an organization that seeks to further invest in the lives and futures of those in our communities.
